Composition and care
Composition: 75% finealpaca 25% polyamide
Care: Alpaca wool clothing should be washed by hand at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees. For spinning wrap the product in a towel and carefully squeeze out excess moisture. It is recommended to use special liquid detergents for wool or delicate fabrics. It is advisable to use cold water – this will preserve the color and prevent shrinkage or deformation. The product should be dried on a horizontal surface, avoiding direct sunlight and heating devices. Do not dry in a vertical position so that the item does not stretch. Iron from the wrong side using a steamer. To prevent deformation, we recommend that you do not hang the clothing, but store it folded.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
