Composition and care
Composition: 50% wool, 50% polyester
Lining: 100% polyester
Care: Hand wash or machine wash on wool or delicate cycle. Water temperature: no higher than 30 °C. Wash the product inside out. Use liquid detergents for wool or delicate fabrics. Do not use powders, enzyme detergents, bleaches or softeners. Intense mechanical action, friction and prolonged soaking are not recommended, as this can cause the wool to fall and lose color brightness. Spinning is minimal (up to 400 rpm) or manual, without twisting.
Dry the product horizontally, on a flat surface, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources.
Iron if necessary on the wrong side, on the wool setting, at a temperature of up to 140 °C, using steam or a clothes iron. Store the product folded in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid prolonged contact with moisture and light accessories to prevent staining.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
