Composition and care
Composition: 50% wool, 50% polyester
Care: Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using the delicate or wool cycle, with a spin speed of up to 800 rpm.
To preserve shape and color, it is recommended to wash the garment in a laundry bag or separately from other clothes, avoiding products that contain bleach (chlorine).
Air dry flat on a horizontal surface to prevent the garment from losing its shape. Iron inside out and flat at a maximum temperature of 110°C.
To prevent deformation, we recommend storing the garment folded rather than hanging it up.
Please note that pilling is a natural characteristic of garments made from natural materials. To minimize this, avoid friction between the knitwear and items such as bags, zippers, or outerwear tags.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery. You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.

We deliver orders worldwide (except russia and belarus). Delivery is carried out by courier through the logistics company Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: Europe – from 3 business days, Other countries – from 7 business days from the moment the order is sent.
Upon receiving an international order in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged. Payment of customs duties, taxes, and other fees related to the import of the order is the responsibility of the recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with its local legislation and depends, among other factors, on the value and category of the goods. On average, additional customs charges may amount to approximately 20% of the order value; however, the actual amount may vary depending on the destination country.
