Сomposition: 70% wool, 25% polyester, 5% cashmere

Care: Professional dry cleaning using hydrocarbon solvents (F) is recommended. Washing in water is prohibited. Do not use bleach or products containing chlorine or other harsh chemicals.
Tumble drying is prohibited. After cleaning, the garment should be gently reshaped and restored to its proper form. Do not dry near heating appliances or in direct sunlight.
Iron at a temperature not exceeding 150 °C, inside out or through a damp cloth. Do not press the iron down firmly to avoid glazing or deformation of the fabric.
Store the garment in a dry, well-ventilated area on a wide-shouldered hanger, in a breathable garment cover. The use of moth repellents is recommended. Regularly clean the surface with a soft brush.
Avoid contact between the fabric and rough surfaces or sharp accessories that may cause snags or pilling.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery. You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.

We deliver orders worldwide (except russia and belarus). Delivery is carried out by courier through the logistics company Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: Europe – from 3 business days, Other countries – from 7 business days from the moment the order is sent.

Upon receiving an international order in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged. Payment of customs duties, taxes, and other fees related to the import of the order is the responsibility of the recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with its local legislation and depends, among other factors, on the value and category of the goods. On average, additional customs charges may amount to approximately 20% of the order value; however, the actual amount may vary depending on the destination country.
