Care: Recommended delicate machine wash at a temperature of up to 30°C. Before washing, it is advisable to turn the product inside out and fasten all fasteners. Use mild detergents without bleach and aggressive components. Long soaking is not recommended.
Do not use products containing chlorine or other aggressive bleaching components.
After washing, use a delicate spin at low speeds. It is not recommended to intensively wring the product by hand. After washing, carefully straighten the product and give it the correct shape.
Machine drying is prohibited. It is recommended to dry the product naturally in a straightened or horizontal position, away from direct sunlight and heating devices.
Iron at a low temperature of up to 150°C (cotton mode), preferably on the wrong side or through a thin iron. To preserve the characteristic texture of velvet, it is not recommended to press the iron intensively against the front surface and iron the pile directly. If necessary, delicate steaming is allowed.
Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated room. It is recommended to store velvet products on hangers. Do not allow the fabric to be compressed under heavy objects for a long time to avoid creases and damage to the pile.
Avoid contact of velvet with rough surfaces and sharp accessories that can damage the pile or cause snags.
Important: the cotton component of the fabric may cause slight natural shrinkage after washing.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
