Composition: 50% wool, 50% polyester

Care: Hand wash or machine wash at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C on a delicate or wool cycle, with the spin speed set to a maximum of 800 rpm.
To preserve the garment’s shape and color, it is advisable to wash items in laundry bags or separately from other clothing, without using detergents containing bleach (chlorine).
Air dry flat on a horizontal surface to prevent loss of shape. Iron inside out and only in a horizontal position at a temperature not exceeding 110 °C.
To prevent deformation, we recommend storing the garment folded rather than hanging it.
Please note that pilling is a natural characteristic of garments made from natural materials. To help prevent it, avoid friction between the knitwear and bags, zippers, and tags on outerwear.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery. You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.

We deliver orders worldwide (except russia and belarus). Delivery is carried out by courier through the logistics company Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: Europe – from 3 business days, Other countries – from 7 business days from the moment the order is sent.

Upon receiving an international order in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged. Payment of customs duties, taxes, and other fees related to the import of the order is the responsibility of the recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with its local legislation and depends, among other factors, on the value and category of the goods. On average, additional customs charges may amount to approximately 20% of the order value; however, the actual amount may vary depending on the destination country. Before placing an order, we recommend checking the applicable customs regulations and the amount of customs charges with the customs authorities of the destination country.
