Care: Hand wash or in a washing machine at 30℃, on a delicate cycle or “hand wash” cycle, setting a minimum spin of 500 rpm.
To preserve the shape and color, it is advisable to wash items in special bags or separately from other clothes. It is recommended to use products that do not contain bleach (chlorine). When washing, you can use a fabric softener for linen.
Dry naturally on a horizontal surface to avoid losing shape or in a machine on a delicate cycle.
Iron items not overdried on the wrong side and only in a horizontal position, setting a low temperature.
To prevent deformation, we recommend that you do not hang clothes, but store them folded.
Please note that pilling of clothes made from natural materials is the norm. To prevent this process, avoid rubbing knitwear against bags, zippers and tags of outerwear.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
